Chocolate Ganache

Dark Chocolate Ganache

Bittersweet Chocolate.................1 Cup

Heavy Whipping Cream...............1 Cup

 

Milk Chocolate Ganache

38% Chocolate............................1 Cup

Heavy Whipping Cream...............1/2 Cup

 

White Chocolate Ganache

White Chocolate..........................1 Cup

Heavy Whipping Cream...............1/4 Cup

 

Directions for all Recipes:

1.  Measure all ingredients

2. Over medium heat boil the heavy whipping cream

3. Once at a boil, pour the heavy whipping cream over chocolate.  Let sit for about 30 seconds so the chocolate begins to melt.

4.  Quickly whisk together until the ingredients are completely combined and the ganache has a glossy appearance.

5.  If you desire add an extract for additional flavor!  For this size recipe I recommend about 1-2 teaspoons.

6. This is an amazing recipe that can be used as a filling for cakes, a drip decoration for the top of cakes, a glaze over ice cream, or my personal favorite...a filling for truffles!
